Profiles: "Add new contacts to group" AND "Include reCaptcha" settings are broken in profile forms

            Description

            Both of these properties are ignored in profile forms. The regression was caused by this 'notice fix':

            1. Fix the code in Core/BAO/UFGroup.php
            2. Create web test to verify both of these settings are working.
