SMS not working in 4.3.0

            Description

            Sending SMS via Clickatell worked in 4.2.9 but does not work in 4.3.0. The cron job starts and reports "Finished execution of Send Scheduled Mailings with result: Success (a:0:{})" but no SMS is sent. I have tried a clean install of 4.3.0 and an upgrade from 4.2.9 with same result. Now back at 4.2.9 and is OK. And yes, I did successfully install the SMS extension in 4.3.0
