Description
After upgrade from 4.2.6 to 4.3 I got an error 500 Internal Server Error in Drupal 7.22.
The errors I got in the Apache logs was :

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class HTMLPurifier_Bootstrap in /public/sites/all/libraries/htmlpurifier/library/HTMLPurifier/Bootstrap.php on line 31.
I solved it by disabling HTMLpurifier module in Drupal, but of course this is not meant to be like this.
Any thoughts?
