Can't Update Supporter Profile from PCP linked on Contact Dashboard on Frontend WP Page

I created a PCP page using a Contribution page that I started from the frontpage Contact Dashboard shortcode in a WP Page. I was able to create the PCP fine, I can also edit the PCP and tell Friends. However I am not able to Edit my contact information which is linked to Supporter Profile, Disable or Delete PCP. For the Edit contact info I get the following:

Supporter profile is not set for this Personal Campaign Page or the profile is disabled. Please contact the site administrator if you need assistance.

For Disable or Delete I get this:

You do not have permission to execute this url.

I have looked through settings and permissions and it seems right. I don't see any specific permissions for PCPs and the Supporter profile requires account creation.
