"Possible duplicate of" pointer for background deduping

Mass dedupe is too expensive to run on large databases. It would be convenient to mark possible duplicates at the time of creation, so that a later manual process can sweep up. Doing the computation ahead of time will make for a better user interaction.

Probably, we want a new table which links a contact to the most likely "master" record.
