Description
Currently, you can attach custom data groups to contacts, contributions, relationships... We need to extend this to the Membership object - so that the add/edit membership form can be extended.
Once this is done - we should also integrate this work with CRM-1177 so that custom data can be linked to Membership based on membership_type.
