Cannot record activities for individuals with an apostrophe in their last name

Individuals whose last name contains an apostrophe are unable to have activities recorded. This has been replicated on the demo site.

• Create a contact such as First Last'Name
• Record activity for contact
• The with activity field is not pre-filled and remains blank.
