Admin control panel icon for Preferred Communication Options

            Description

            As we are using the "generic" Options icon/link in the admin control panel for non-core option groups/values, we should move Preferred Communications Options to it's own link/icon (same as Gender and others which are displayed separately...). Need to get Sanjay to make an icon for this
