Confirmation Email Text Box Too Small

After an upgrade from 4.2 to 4.3.1 if you go into an event (or create a new event), go to Online Registration, and scroll down to Confirmation Email text, the box is only 1 line high and 40 characters long. When you have an existing event with a full text box this is a problem to work on and in some browsers (I have noticed it in IE8), dragging the corner doesn't work because the scroll bars get in the way.
