Add Price Set Details to Event Income Details Report, Event Participant Report (List) report and add summary to Price Set Custom Searches

Many organizations need to get a report of the price set fields and field options chosen by the participants.

Suggested resolution:
Add a Price set detail breakdown to the Event Income Detail report.
Add an option to show price set choices beside each participant on the Event Participant Report (List) report, also show a summary of the choices at the bottom of each column.

Also show a summary at the bottom of the existing price set custom searches: "Price Set Details for Event Participants", "Contributions with Price Sets"
