The issue is that we group changes when they happen concurrently or near-concurrently. But I think that grouping should be limited to the contact record plus things like email, phone, web, etc.

In the case described in that issue, a contact record change is being grouped with activity records. I think those should remain separate/distinct records in the changelog.
