Description
There is currently no high level organisation for http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM which results in no one being able to find anything and people losing faith in the wiki as somewhere they can go for information.
Creating a high level organisation with 5-7 categories is a start. Once we have that, we can start moving pages into the high level organisation.
