Batch Update Participant Roles Not Set, Not Checkboxes, Data Overwritten

Use batch update via profile to update Participant Role for participants that already have a role.

Bug1: Current roles are not shown.

Bug2: Roles should be a checkbox, they are a select.

Bug3: Selection of a role overwrites and existing role, not adds a role. One participant can have multiple roles.
