When editing a Membership type, which uses a fixed date period, the period & rollover dates always reset to the 1st of Jan

When you go back to edit a Membership type which uses a fixed date range the selection always reverts back to the 1st of Jan for the period and the 31st of Dec for the rollover date in the edit screen. You then have to reset these and save again to make any changes. Tested in 4.3.2
