      Description

Since upgrading to 4.3.0 on Joomla, TinyMCE has ceased to work. I have noticed this not only on my own sites running Joomla 2.5.9 - 2.5.11 but also reproduced it on the demo site. And I have seen it in Chrome and Firefox (I haven't tested IE yet).

If you have TinyMCE enabled as WYSIWYG Editor it fails to load an editor at all. When running the Web Console in Firefox I get:

      [16:28:18.165] TypeError: c is undefined @ http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/jquery.tinymce.js:1

      [16:28:18.732] Load jQuery first!
