When you drill down into a mailing, the page has a number of sections:
Mail Settings
Recipients
Delivery Summary
Click Through Summary
Content/ Components
The order of these components does not reflect the user's most common tasks-- the most common will be monitoring delivery performance (delivery summary & click through summary). Based on our work with CSOD users, I propose the following order:
1. Delivery Summary
2. Click Through Summary
3. Recipients
4. Mail Settings
5. Content/ Components
Within the delivery summary, I suggest the following field order:
1. Intended Recipients
2. Succesful Deliveries
3. Tracked Opens [see other bug where In suggest these should be unique opens]
4. Click-throughs
5. Forwards
6. Replies
7. Bounces
8. Unsubscriptions
9. Scheduled Date
10. Status
11. Start Date
12. End Date
