Description
When editing the registration record for a primary registrant, the event fees are listed in a table and you do not have the opportunity to make any changes.
When editing the registration record for an additional registrant, the event fees appear in an edit form and you can change these fees, or even record a new payment. This should not be possible as these fees have already been paid by the primary registrant, so any change will introduce inconsistencies in the database.
The correct behavior should be to list these fees in a table as is done in the case of a primary registrant.
