Addind new language gives "Row size too large" error

            Description

            Administer / Localization / Add language
            I tried german, for example, on a system which already has en_US, fr_CA (default), it_IT and es_ES.
            en_CA tables are in the database, but don't show on the form.

            Click Save and the system shows:
            Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment
            DB Error: unknown error

            Attached log file shows row size to large error.
