CiviCRM importing field matching has trouble matching civicrm exports.

Update the "headerPattern" regular expressions in XML files so that the column header values from our exports will automatically map to the import drop-downs for the following "primary export" columns which currently do NOT map or map to the wrong drop-down value:

Internal Contact ID
Contact Sub Type
Is Deceased - this missing from Import mapping drop-down, it s/b importable
Deceased Date
Individual Prefix
Location Type - maps erroneously to "Location Name"
Postal Code Suffix - maps erroneously to "Individual Suffix"
Phone Type - maps erroneously to "Phone"
IM Provider - maps erroneously to "State"
Home URL
Source of Contact Data
Preferred Mail Format
Do Not Phone - maps erroneously to "Phone"
Do Not Email - maps erroneously to "Email"
No Bulk Mail (Opted-out)

A .csv exported from a CRM site when imported, many of the fields won't match, requiring alot of custom configuration.
The field matching should become smarter, and exports should be made compatible with crm imports.
