Description
Allow admins to include a Soft Credit Amount field in the Batch Data Entry grid. We can either add a new profile field option for this, OR handle it as a part of the Soft Credit 'profile widget' (since we currently provide auto-complete select + new contact fields when user includes 'Soft Credit' field).
NOTE: Although 4.4 support smultiple soft credits per contribution, the batch entry grid will only support one for this iteration.
