Notes on what was wrong:
Azad Rashmir - there is typo
Federally Administered Tribal Areas - Typo
Islamabad - incomplete name
North-West Frontier has been renamed officially.
Northern Area has been renamed officially.
Sind name spelling has been changed officially
Aside from typo some changes had been made 5 years plus.
