Create PDF Letter Not Working With Joomla 2.5.x

When trying to execute a "Print PDF Letter for Contacts" from a contacts search, after hitting the "Go" button, the "Create Printable Letters(PDF)" page does not fetch the saved templates to generate the letters. Furthermore, the insert tokens buttons does not work to allow you to manually recreate the template.

Tested with same results on CiviCRM Demo site.
