Actual Participants count on Find Participants is mistakenly displayed when search test participant records are present

'Actual participant count' is only supposed to be displayed in the search results summary IF one or participant records includes one or more line-item w/ participant_count > 1. However, the query which grabs the line_item count doesn't account for participant.is_test value and hence reports a 'difference' if test participant records are present in search result set.
