Undelete, Logging and ReCAPTCHA... huh?

The "Miscellaneous" setting page was recently renamed "Undelete, Logging and ReCAPTCHA". While I agree with the goal of more descriptive names, the problem with this title is that it is too specific and (mis)leads the user to think that this page contains only those 3 settings, when in fact that is only a small sample of the dozen or so items on it. At least it confuses me, I have a hard time finding a setting if it's on this page because I think to myself "now where would the setting for PDF receipts be? Well it can't be on the 'Undelete, Logging and ReCAPTCHA' page because it's not one of those... hmm, where the heck could it be?"
I don't know if I have any solution to offer other than to note that for me at least it would be easier to find things if it were named back to "Miscellaneous" At least then I wouldn't not look there for certain things.
