trxn_id and invoice_id fields are UNIQUE when more than one Contribution could be in the same transaction or invoice

These two fields should just have the UNIQUE restraint removed.

I note that the trxn_id is scheduled for removal once all payment information is confidently being stored in the financial_trxn table.

This can be a major issue for people trying to link contributions directly to Invoices or Payments.
