Description
Links in the drop-down 'Configure this event' spanner on WP front-end Event pages don't have the admin base in their URL, so fail with a "You do not have permission to execute this url" error.
To recreate on the demo site:
1. Create an event
2. Go to the front-end Event Info page
3. Click any of the links from the little spanner
The link goes to /?page=CiviCRM... rather than /wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM...
