            Description

            The Case Detail report doesn't allow one to filter by or display cases' is_deleted flag. Since cases can't be permanently deleted through the UI, there was no way for a user to stop them appearing in this report. The attached patch (against 4.3.2) adds filter & display column for is_deleted.
