probably want a short and longer version of this text as well - the shorter version will appear on the service provider listing and the longer version can be linked to from there.

this text should also explain that there are many other service providers out there - not all are listed here and that the list is not an endorsement of their services or a guaruntee that they will have a good / successful civicrm project.
