add location_name to contact data model and crm_create_contact() API function

MIght be nice to have a location_name attribute for contacts that can be associatted with the primary location the same way email and location_type are, this would remove the need to do an additional round of code using crm_update_location() right after creating a new contact with crm_create_contact().
