Automated recurring contributions started under 4.2.x are not recorded in 4.3.4

            Description

            I have a number of Automated Recurring contributions that were started under version 4.2.7 and a number of contributions were automatically created under 4.2.7 based on Silent Post URL messages from Authorize.net.

            Since I have upgraded the environment to 4.3.4, contributions are no longer being created for those recurring subscriptions. (Subscriptions that were created after the upgrade to 4.3. are being recorded as messages from Authorize.net are received.)
