Create Relationship doesn't filter Contact B, by its SubType

When you create a Relationship Type that relates i.e

Contact A: Individual
Contact B: Organization - SubType 1

In the Create Relationship Form, the Select Contact autocomplete shows all Contacts, and not only Organization - SubType1.

It was filtering by subtype fine in v4.2.x and in 4.3.3 as well.
In v 4.3.4 the autocomplete doesn't filter,
