Import - Location Name Does Not Import

I fixed some issues with location_name (civicrm_location.name) update and display - but when I tested the import, the incoming value is not saved. For backwards compatibility, Lobo recommending supporting either location->name or location->location_name - so this is what the code is now doing in BAO/Location.php. Lobo thinks this property Import "never" worked.
