Report Images, such as bar charts, do not appear when printing or in the PDF

            Description

            Tested this on http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org
            When a contribution summary report is created and the results displayed as a bar chart, and either the option to Print Report or PDF is taken, the resulting object does not contain the bar chart.

            In the PDF, we get this message:
            DOMPDF_ENABLE_REMOTE is set to FALSE

            in the Print Report - the link to the image fails:
