Other amount field on contribution page has value reset with form validation errors

To reproduce:

• Go to a contribution page with an "other amount" option, and change that amount.
• Submit the form without filling out completely, so it will error out with values missing for a required field.
• The amount should be preserved, but is actually reset to the default.
