Online event confirmation email - {contact.display_name} is empty

            Description

            Noticed this bug while testing online event registration for another issue. This is a new regression, works properly in 4.3.

            To recreate:
            Register online as anonymous visitor for sample event 1 (fall fundraiser) - http://civicrm44/civicrm/event/register?id=1&reset=1
            Use 'Test Processor' and complete the registration
            View the email confirmation - line 1 is "Dear ,"
