Need two different strings for "To" in order to translate correctly into German

            Description

            The string "To" is used in quite different places of CiviCRM, for example in the adressee-field of an e-mail or the postal code range (from... to...).

            However, in German we need two different translations for the string, depending on the context. Could you split up the string in two or is there another way to deal with this issue?
