Search Builder dropdowns broken for Groups, State, Country ...

Search Builder handling of Groups, Country, State … is broken - no longer gives a drop down of available options (they actually appear momentarily and then replaced by simple input text field. (A few other pseudo constants I tried - like Gender - still work as expected.)

NOTE: This regression may be result of related pseudoconstant work ??
