Drupal user timezone is not respected in Civi pages

            Description

            1. Go to the drupal demo site and log in.
            2. Open any type of record with dates, such as a contribution or an activity.
            3. In a second window, go to the "/user" URL
            4. Edit your user record to change the display timezone.
            5. Go back to the dated record and refresh.

            You will see that the displayed time has not been adjusted for the user's timezone.
