Wrong menu reference to Global settings:
File: CRM/Utils/Address/BatchUpdate.php:
1. Error: You need to set a mapping provider under Global Settings
The correct: Administer > System Settings> Mapping and Geocoding
2. Error: You need to enable Street Address Parsing under Global Settings >> Address Settings.
The correct: Administer > Localization > Address Settings
