            Description

            This is a 'wrapper' for various fixes associated with making tests e-Notice compliant, implementing our improved functions across the tests & fixing api & BAO functions that trigger errors as a result of adding additional automated tests - ie adding tests to ensure delete & create actions work as expected highlight a log of errors

            Note the fix for this is likely to transcend civicrm versions

                I'm no longer pro-actively working on this so will close. (I may still commit further tweaks against it) There are test classes that are not compliant but they are the exception.
