Description
In the honoree section of contribution pages, it says: "Please include the name, and / or email address of the person you are honoring."
Please make this text optional so that it can be turned off from the interface.
Frankly, I think it would be best to remove it and replace it with something like "Honorees are distinguished by name and, optionally, email address." because it doesn't really make sense to see the "Please include..." text before you see the fields for entering name and/or email address, which don't appear until you actually select a radio button for "in honor of" or "in memory of." So if you're looking at the section before clicking, you are sort of confused.
