when doing interview/data entry for survey, mouse over fails to show profile

            Description

            Go through the survey interview process:

            Click Campaigns -> Conduct Survey
            Search all records
            In result list, if you mouse-over the contact icon, the profile displays in an overlay
            Select a contact to interview
            Click Interview Respondents
            Now, if you mouse over the contact icon, no overlay is displayed
