API contact.get no longer returning prefix_id, suffix_id by default

            Description

            Default params from contact.get used to include prefix_id & suffix_id & don't in 4.4. we discussed this before but I thought I'd better log a ticket so it doesn't get lost. We should continue to have the same defaults so custom code doesn't break. (not sure about gender_id - whether it has changed)

            Also, I think you deprecated constant.get or made changes to it in 4.4 & were going to advertise those changes? Just wanted to track that too
