Obsolete indices not dropped on DB upgrade

            Description

            While testing my own DB modifications, I realised that our DB (carried over from CiviCRM 3.3 AFAIK) contains some indices not present in fresh installs:

            + KEY `dedupe_index_first_name_4` (`first_name`(4)),
            + KEY `dedupe_index_id` (`id`),
