Add Contact Type and Subtype as a Column to Reports

Suggestion: add "Contact Type" and "Contact Subtype" as available columns in Contact, Membership and Contribution reports. Filters are not necessary as they can be accomodated by Groups, but columns would be useful It is useful when looking at a report to tell which contact is which type.
