APi fix on entity_tag - entity_id should not be required

So, entity_tag is one of those horrible legacy api that does something odd. A few people have argued to return it to just doing basic_get but I'm not going to change the working behaviour at this stage.

I will however, change it so that instead of entity_id being required it defaults to basic_get if it is not provided
