Pledge detail report misses info about cancelled payments

      Description

      "the reporting that comes up is lacking some key information. When a Pledge is Cancelled any of the donation information for that pledge is removed from the detail report, so there is no data for Next Payment Due, Next Payment Amount, Total Amount Paid, or Balance Due (i.e. $120 in 12 installments gets cancelled after 3 payments, that $30 is not on the report)"

      So, the request is that data about payments made towards cancelled pledges is still included.

      The balance due would of course need to be 0. The tricky one is next payment due & next payment amount. They want this data about cancelled as well. (I can fully understand why for 'Next Payment Amount' as that tells you the amount they committed to. I'm not clear the use case for Next Payment Amount. However, the column header wording doesn't quite work if you include Cancelled.
