Cannot Add Participant Status Multilingual labels

            Description

            I set up CiviCRM Multilingual
            When editing Participant Statusses, the icon to open the multilingual label form popup, is not there.

            Is my first time using multilingual CiviCRM with CiviEvent, not sure if it's a bug or this feature is not ready. Which is strange because table civicrm_participant_status_type has been added columns label_XX per languages
