Reserve respondent process of survey not working if contacts are filter by particular group, and all records are selected for reserving.

      Description

      Steps to reproduce :

      1) Create a group, assign 2 contacts to this group.
      2) Create a campaign linked to this group and survey linked to this campaign.
      3) Visit reserve respondent search form and select the newly created group in the search criteria and search.
      4) 2 contacts will appear in listing, now select 'All 2 records' radio button, and perform reserve respondent action. A message saying 'Could not find contacts for reservation.' appears on screen.

      Right behavior should be : a redirection should happen on 'reserve respondent' form.
