I selected 22 contacts, and sent an e-mail to them. The results page said 21 e-mails sent, but one failed due to "Do not email" status. I did not see any way to identify which contact did not receive the e-mail.
Furthermore, to my knowledge I don't have anyone flagged as "Do not email." And when I 'advanced searched' to find out who it was, CiviCRM couldn't find anyone either:

So there's a bug somewhere. I've listed this as an improvement, however, because I don't think the bug will be identified until it can be seen exactly which contact was not e-mailed.
